Its not as good as the first, But its still a good game. Be prepared for some boring boss designs and unbalanced boss fights.
Yes…the boss fights are my main complaint. They all feel like the same boss that’s just been re-skinned. Copy paste Ornstein is really pissing me off, there are very few openings to hit him and the clunky dodge systems makes even bothering to jump out the way of his moves completely pointless. Sigh. And some of the people who play it are kinda weird. I mean in Dark Souls if you summon someone, they will help you out and try guide you to the boss. In Dark Souls 2 one area can lead to many different bosses and when I summon someone to help and I happen to want to fight a boss they don’t want to help with? they just jump off a cliff when I’m near the fog door. Its really such a waste of time. Or they just jump of a cliff the second I summon them, but I assume that’s because they’re looking to do some co-op PVP? which is weird since you don’t really need summoning help for PVP unless you’re getting ganged up on. I don’t get it. I ended up having to summon an NPC for help because all the people putting down their signs where being fussy dicks.
Other than that its been pretty fun.
I got Dark Souls 2.
Its pretty fun so far, only complaint is that the combat feels rather clunky.
Why Do Some People Write Like This?
Q:The darkwraiths are so fun to farm and New Londo Ruins isn't as hard as I was told (Anor Londo was the place to rage... at least for me). What was the most difficult part of DS you've encountered?
They just need a good back stab :D.
Well to be honest. Everywhere. Thing about dark souls for me at least is that each new area was difficult to the point where I thought it was borderline impossible. But now when I play its easy because I’ve had a fair bit of practise. :D
